I can’t say enough good things about Chloe from Window World! From the very beginning, her professionalism, product knowledge, and warm personality stood out. We did encounter a few issues along the way, but Chloe went above and beyond to make things right — quickly, thoroughly, and with genuine care.
What really impressed me was how she handled everything with grace and made sure we felt valued every step of the way. Her dedication and follow-through were the reason we decided to move forward with our window purchase. Chloe is truly the kind of salesperson every company should be proud to have.
If you’re considering Window World, ask for Chloe — she absolutely made all the difference!

We just replaced 13 windows in our house and had a 5 star experince with Window World from our sales meeting with Janet to expert installation by our crew and also the professional follow up with the GM Henry! After installation we had a question about one window and Parker came right out and took care of us the same day. We highly recommend them to anyone looking at window repalcement.

Janet noticed we had previous Window World windows in the home we purchased and was able to get us an amazing deal on only the items that made sense for what we needed replaced and saved us a ton of money!
The installation crew were all courteous and worked very efficiently to get everything done in one day for us.
We are very happy with what all we had done and would recommend Window World for anyone looking at doing their windows.

The entire process was easy. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They came on time on the date expected. The window was replaced within a few hours. A demonstration and explanation of features was done. Overall I am very satisfied with the service I received. I will call them again when I'm in need of window replacement.
