From the very beginning I had complete trust in Window World. Making the appointment was simple. When the representative CHLOE came to my home I was greeted by a delightful young woman who was so knowledgeable about the windows. She took the time to explain everything about the process. She answered all my questions. She took the time to measure each window with detail, and I had full trust that they would be the right size when they were made. Ginger took over from here, although Chloe was always available, she informed me about the process of my order and when I should expect the installation. The order arrived in their warehouse. Ginger called to arrange the installation which was scheduled to meet my needs. Kel and his crew arrived on time. They were polite and professional. They worked well together and did an awesome job. The windows are so beautiful. I’m so pleased with my decision to go with Window World and would highly recommend them.

This is my second experience with Window World. The representative came out, worked with us to figure out the best window/technique for our replacement, measured, and ordered the windows. This time we replaced 17 windows. The technicians showed up on time with good attitudes. They went right to work. They answered all of my questions and completed the project by the end of the day. They also cleaned up. I thoroughly recommend them and will use them at least one more time to complete my whole house window replacement.

I can’t say enough great things about Window World! I just purchased a 120 year old home a few weeks ago and wanted to have some of the screens replaced. Fortunately, the previous owner had a warranty program for her windows with Window World that she was able to transfer to me. The process could not have been easier. Ginger at the office was amazing getting everything set up and Parker Ward, the young man who did the work was very knowledgeable, polite and professional. He replaced a total of 5 screens and they look brand new. He even took the time to share some valuable tips with me about my windows. Thanks again for a stress free experience!
