The windows are beautiful and very easy to work with. The representative who gave us the demo and the estimate was courteous, respectful and not pushy. Her demonstration and explanation was clear and she answered all our questions.
The installers were on time, respectful and professional as they worked. They cleaned everything up before they left. We love our new windows and highly recommend Window World of the Midlands for replacement windows.

Window World installed new double hung, picture and custom bow windows in our home this week. They did a fantastic job from start to finish. Our experience with Window World was totally stress free. Chloe Paris was our sales rep. She is excellent and really knows her stuff - she'll help you make the best decision for YOU. Daniel Souza and his crew were top-notch as well. They were on time both days and did beautiful work - they really care about quality. They also cleaned up so you didn't even know they were there, rare to find today. Our house was built in 1965 but now looks brand new. This was the best investment we could have made. Give Chloe a call, you'll probably be surprised at how reasonable the price can be for new windows - we were!

Everything went well and satisfied so far with everything. I had a window replaced for leaking rain. I will feel much better after I have a heavy rain and no leak. Workers were on time and cleaned up well. Cost and installation cost were what I expected.

Called Window World and they were very responsive. Communication was phenomenal from the service representative to the installer. Was able to order my window and it arrived earlier than expected. I used Window World over 15 years ago and the service is still Awesome. Recommend Window World.

My wife and I are ecstatic over the new windows and we couldn't be happier. From the sales Rep Janet, at the initial window presentation, it couldn't have been a better experience. I was honestly shocked at the price to replace 21 windows and I was able to do the whole house in job, vs breaking it up. Danny and his team had the whole house done in a matter of hours. Danny and his crew were polite and courteous and they cleaned up around all areas they were working in. So glad we called.

Chloe was our sales rep that quoted the installation. Chloe showed us multiple options for windows. and we settled on swapping out multiple of the double hung windows for picture windows. This made a huge difference in how the front of the house looked, and it was a great improvement. Daniel was the foreman for the four person team that did the installation, and they we very professional and completed the entire job in the same day. Overall it was a great improvement to our house and I am very thank ful we used Window World.

We worked with Chloe, and she was exceptional to work with. She responded on any question gave codes to have house painted to match windows. Daniel and his team were professional, only 3 guys, but my husband thought we had six people, as they worked in concert to be efficient. Big purchase, well worth it, we love them. We appreciate the whole team. Chloe, Daniel(team) Ginger, Timi and Terry. Thank you!!
