UPDATE:
Yesterday, we were surprised to see Chandler and Rob at our door.
They were here to do a followup on our new windows. They inspected the windows and were pleased with the installation.
This just shows another level of their outstanding customer service.
This is a follow up to my original post from Sept 2022.
Wes Paris was our estimator and was extremely professional, polite and knowledgeable about the Window World products.
He treated us as if we were his #1 customer.
Yesterday, we had our windows installed. Jeff was our installer. After a walk through, he jumped right to work. Jeff has an exceptional work ethic and kept us informed during the process.
The windows look wonderful and after Jeff cleaned up, you would never know they were here.
Wes arrived as Jeff was finishing which shows their fabulous team effort.
During the process, Ginger (in the office) was also a great help.
