if you are looking for professionals, look no further. we recently renovated our sun porch and had Window World install 11 of their windows and a door that sat on Azek white boards to avoid having to install tempered glass and all we can say is we love our new 4 season room, greatly exceeded all expectations.

Chloe Paris is hands down the best I’ve ever worked with! Her attention to detail and guidance were amazing. She sold us a door that I was at first hesitant about – but she was right – it is beautiful, and we get so many compliments on it. Jeff handled the installation, and it was done timely and professionally – and the work was quick with no mess left behind. So of course, we called Chloe when we were ready for replacement windows. The price was less than what we were expecting, and Daniel’s installation crew were all so quick and professional. A big plus for me was they cleaned up after themselves, when I heard the vacuum running it was music to my ears! I definitely recommend Window World – and don’t forget to start with Chloe!

Our salesperson was informative and helpful. Scheduling with office personal was quick and easy. Installation crew showed up on time and completed our project quickly. The only issue is that the windows were left with A LOT of caulk smudges on the glass and had to be scraped with a razor to clean up as we were cleaning them. There were A LOT of smudges. One would think the glass would have a film over it so that after installation the installers could pull the film and leave the glass clean.

I highly recommend Window World. Our sales rep, Wes, was very respectful and professional. His presentation was thorough and he patiently answered all my questions. We replaced all the windows in our home with a high quality product for much less than a competitors "sale price". Our windows were installed earlier than expected. My husband and I replaced windows and our patio door and we were pleased with the rep that came to our home after our initial call. After reviewing other companies, we decided on Window World. We then called the rep and schedule an appointment to purchase. The installers of our windows were professionals and explained everything about our new windows. The patio door was installed a few weeks later and the installer did a phenomenal job with our patio door. The staff in the office stayed in constant contact with us prior to delivery and afterwards. We are very pleased that we chose Window World.
